Alice Davies

Alice is the founder of WDI Clinic and a Registered Nurse with over 15 years of nursing experience, including eight years in cosmetic medicine.
Beginning her nursing career in Walgett, Western NSW, Alice grew a love and passion for country towns and their people. This inspired the concept of bringing cosmetic services to country towns, and WDI Clinic was brought to life in early 2018.
With a background and masters in emergency nursing, Alice continues to work clinically alongside her role at WDI. Her approach to aesthetics is grounded in evidence-based care, honest advice and a respect for each person's individual features- an ethos that remains at the heart of WDI Clinic and the team she has built.

Kate Butler
Registered Nurse (RN)

A local to the Dubbo region, Kate is a Registered Nurse and holds a special place within WDI Clinic as the very first nurse to join Alice.
Graduating with Honours in 2016, Kate's career began in emergency medicine at Dubbo Base Hospital before further study in medical and forensic nursing in 2022. She continues to work across the Violence, Abuse and Neglect service and radiology alongside her role at WDI.
Kate completed her aesthetic training in 2023 and brings a wealth of clinical experience and a phenomenal aesthetic eye. Known for her honest advice, big personality and infectious sense of fun, Kate has a way of making clients feel instantly at ease.

Chantelle Wheelhouse

Also a local to the Dubbo region, our beautiful Chantelle is a Registered Nurse whose gentle nature and genuine warmth make her such a valued part of the WDI Clinic team.
Graduating from Charles Sturt University in 2013, Chantelle completed postgraduate studies in perioperative nursing in 2016. With a strong surgical background, she continues to work within the operating theatre team at Dubbo Base Hospital alongside her role at WDI Clinic.
Joining us in 2025, Chantelle quickly became an integral part of the team. Known for her calm, considered approach, she takes the time to understand each client's concerns and goals, ensuring they feel comfortable, informed and supported.
Chantelle works across Dubbo and Mudgee.
Keeley Holmes
Registered Nurse (RN)

Bringing sunshine, warmth and a little creative flair to WDI Clinic, Keeley is a Registered Nurse with a background spanning both midwifery and professional makeup artistry. With three years of experience in midwifery, Keeley brings a strong clinical foundation to WDI, while her previous career as a makeup artist lends a creative eye and appreciation for individual features.
Since joining the WDI Clinic team in 2026, Keeley has quickly become known for her warm, bubbly personality. Her gentle, approachable nature allows clients to feel instantly at ease, while her commitment to honest, evidence-based care ensures each treatment is thoughtful, personalised and centred around the individual.
Keeley works across Dubbo, Gunnedah, Walgett, Cobar.
